| I would run a mem test too just to know for sure that your RAM isn't crapping out. Even new ram can go bad quicker than you may think. It could having nothing to do with your system temperature.

| .sa = bad driver! | Are you sure your cpu is going above 60C? You should d/l a program that monitors cpu temp and keeps a record of it. That way, if your computer crashes again, you can check to see what your temps were right before it crashed.

| VIP | Jason you should really not be playing around with overclocking if you do not know these basic, basic things. I think you're getting in a little over your head here. |

| Your Guide to TG/FG | I checked the temps of my computer just for comparison: Cold boot, CPU is at about 28C After playing a game such as LFS / NFS PU : CPU is at about 35C. Highest I've seen it is about 40C I think. I have a P4 1.8, not overclocked. |

And I doubt LFS needs that much power either. Get a better vga card, and keep your cpu alive longer. |

| the best way to max out your CPU is to do Video encoding, it just keeps it running at 100%, or you could try Folding@home ![]()
