I have video which is either too tall, or too short...ie, the screen has been skewed. Is there some way I can re-size this?

Try Bsplayer, you can set the aspect ratio (override the one from the movie)...
If it is too tall, I'd say its supposed to be 16:9, but its 4:3... Other Players might have features like that as well... Buba

Media player Classic is great for this stuff.
The numpad does resizes so its all so easy |
