Rep Power: 30 | Upgrades like that happen all the time. My upload raised some time ago to 256kbps from 192. Still terribly low in comparison to other countries, but I can live with that. Although downloading TG episodes with bittorrent uses huge amounts of download limit. For some files you upload as much as you download which means you spent like 10% of your download usage in one day. I'm at 90% now (10 gig per month) and still a week to go.
