| .dk beauty | I've had my current mobile phone (SE P900) for 2,5 years so I think a change is needed, it has worked perfectly untill a couple of months ago when some buttons needed a little more persuation to do what I wanted, and now it's really starting to annoy me because sometimes it just freezes. And the battery is almost dead. I've been looking at the nokia 6111 and kinda like it, but it is a little expensive (but not too expensive if that is the one) So my question is, what would you suggest me to buy? I don't really like those flip-phones where you have to open it to do stuff. I would like it to have a camera and the usual stuff but I don't need anything fancy like the one I have now. And it doesn't matter if it can double as an mp3 player, I have one of those already and don't want to pay more for something I'm not going to use.

Car: 01' Mitsubishi Lancer Rep Power: 21 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I'm gonna agree... I bought myself the Sony Ericsson K750i the first phone ever with a 2.0mp Camera almost a year ago and its the the best most reliable phone i've had yet... they truly are a good phone and they're really progressing along and are just as good as any nokia or any other phone right now.... if not better.

| Interesting! I am at the same point...I'm dropping my P900 since it doesn't work with my new car. BMW told me to go for the SE 800 series. I'm not into the whole mobile phone camera thingey...what I need is Outlook compatibility, Bluetooth etc. Which of teh 800s (K, W, Z, WTF,...) is recommendable? And waht's the big difference of teh 810? | |

| Wants Rick Astley's Babies | the k800 is umts and 3mp with a proper flash... The other 800s are basically overhauled 750s, You can't really go that wrong, although the 810 has an improved display, which is said to be very good... The "W"s are usually the Walkman cells and come with a bigger Memory Stick...

| Evo-less | I really like my W810i.. Really any of the newer Sony Ericsson's are a good choice.

| I'll wait for the K800i to hit the stores. had a talk with a couple of BMW drivers and they recommended it since the "walkman" option of their W800 is somewhat pissing them off ![]() | |

Car: Opel Astra / Suzuki VX800 Rep Power: 19 ![]() | I personally do not like those "slidy" phones like the Nokia mentioned. Have yet to see one that would still feel good after a while (they start to feel loose). Both of my parents work for Nokia (whose doesn't in here) and they have disowned me for using a SE phone, but really they are cheap, reliable and offer good value. I have K500i and had no problems with it for the past 1,5y of usage. Thinking of changing as well and the K800 looks sweet (thanks Buba), might go for that one next... |

| Wants Rick Astley's Babies | If you want a slider that holds up, get a Samsung, my GF has one for 1,5 years now, and it still feels good!

But being a person that uses a P800, I would say phones like the Nokia N70, N80 would suit you better, but then if you're looking at the price range of 6111, those two phones are out of the league. But that K800i, just by glancing at the specs, I would think it would be priced against the N70, N80 which is wayy to expensive for mgk's budget. I would suggest korean phones instead as they are cheaper and are really good. I've owned 2 samsungs and both are perfect, never broke down (but I can't guarantee this, I only use phones for about 8-10months, sometimes less before changing)

| Cruzz563|work | I recently bought a T-mobile SDA (HTC Tornado), Windows Smartphone and I love it. Also if you can wait, HTC is gonna release an onslaught of new Smartphones and PocketPCs ![]() http://www.engadget.com/2006/06/15/h...-breeze-mteor/ IF you buy any phone, I'd make sure it was 3G at this point. ![]()

| I agree with Cruzz... windows smartphones are really good and they are packed with functions, just don't make the same mistake I did and buy a big one like the xda IIs, buy something along the lines of an xda Atom if you're looking at pdaphones. And just beware that if you're using a smartphone with touch screen, it would be almost impossible to dial a number while you drive

| I recently bought a Nokia 3220, and I am liking it a lot. Easy to use, good camera and I find it nice. Don't know if it is available there. I really really REALLY want a Sony Ericcson, but here prices are just preposterous... ![]()

| Wants Rick Astley's Babies | 3220 is sooooooooo entry level... After she had a P900 this is probably far from the list... Anyway, what have you bought mgkdk??
