MP3 to M4A converter, Anyone know of one?

Does anyone know what program can convert MP3 to M4A? Thanks.

iTunes is the first thing that comes to mind. If you don't want to use iTunes though, you could give FAAC a try.

dbpoweramp is the all-purpose converter I use. You might have to download the m4a codec from their website, but that's no hassle. Google it and you'll find it.

I just tried dbpoweramp. It says I need neroAacEnc.exe, I have Nero 7 but I don't have neroAacEnc.exe.

Xilisoft Audio Converter only converted it to .aac files, but my phone Sony Ericsson won't recognize it. Can I just rename the files?
