If you weren't overclocking, then why did you post it in this thread?

A. what would you need a 64bit proc for, isnt 32bit enough already?
ohh, you want to use over 4GB RAM, i see, okay.
B. whats wrong with AMD? why would you want to wait for a chip from a certain manufacturer while the other one already has 64bit CPU's?

I do. THe screen feels bad showing all those pornographic images, so it refuses to do what the CPU tells it to. The CPU has a temper tantrum, and refuses to do anything.

Enough said images/smilies/tongue.gif

If another video player doesn't work, you could try turning off video acceleration in windows media player:

thanks for the help. i'm gonna bring it back to the place i bought it from. they can have some fun fixing it.

*edit*

just back from bring it to the shop. mother fuckers charged me 150 HKD to see whats fucked with it. the fuckers tried to charge me 150 to reformat as well, i looked at him weird. tbh u got to be a fucking idiot if u donno hwo to reformat. kinda pissed that they charged me 150 and i didnt question them b4 hand and saying i should play less as i got it from them. moreover some guy wanted his computer repaired and didnt even buy it from them and still was going to charged 150 ARGGGHHH.

i plan to sell my old computer parts to make up the 150 i am so pissed right now

This sounds possible (if he replaced the ram), but not likely.
The only thing dust on ram could do is make it overheat (which would make the computer act up).
If the computer was on long enough, I'd imagine it could fry the ram (although I'd think that wouldn't be easy).

More likely would be that you'd get a crash or some other weird behaviour while running Windows, and not right away in bootup.
