hey guys, whats the type of plastic that goes on smartphone screens that prevents it from gettign stratched?
like the technical name. the plastic is not able to be scratched totally btw. |

I think all plastics get scratched easily... the only type of screen surface I can think of that doesn't get scratched is Sapphire Cystal... it is used on most expensive watches... it is almost impossible to scratch it.

They're called screen protectors. They aren't scratch proof, but the idea is that the protectors will get scratched instead of the screen. The whole point is that they're cheap and easy to replace.

Just go to any tech store like Staples.ca or BestBuy or Futureshop or anything like that that you might have.....you should be able to buy them specific to any PDA, just like you can get cellphone covers specific to any phone.
Oh, and yes, they're called screen protectors
