Hey, this stuff didn't come easily. Two weeks ago I was using a 14" sharp TV with 4 channels. Took me over 20 weeks to get the money together for that little lot, but I am glad I did.

Not to sure, I never used the music player in mine much but the battery is pretty good when it's used, so it shouldn't take too much more power if you upgrade, upgrading is a good idea as 512mb doesn't really cut it these days.

My wife's got a set of the 2cs and I tried hers before deciding. But hers are really quite nice when you put them in right (including using the right "ear adapter" ) Comfy and good sound.

I can't really tell you how much I paid for them because it's a partner deal between my company and a supplier, but it was far less than retail.

Cheapest I've found them online has been 299 though.

Sure, if you wanna help me find a job to replace the one I'd lose.

I was looking at the triports as well. Didn't know anybody w/ a set so couldn't borrow them for a bit, hence my eventual Shure purchase.

But surely you can't compare the experience of one type of peripheral like a mouse, to the experience of speakers?

Then again, three weeks down the line...
