The Mail app supports POP and IMAP. I connect to my GMail hosted account via IMAP. No clue about the shithole that is Hotmail.

Why not ditch Hotmail and get GMail? Hotmail finally has the option to forward all your e-mail to another e-mail address (i.e. you e-mail my Hotmail address and it'll show up in my GMail-powered inbox).

Install OpenSSH and then you can browse it's file system via console or SFTP. SFTP is how I upload certain apps that aren't on Installer yet or download screenshots.

I haven't poked around to see if I can find the music/movies, but I do know it's on a separate partition. It is possible though to access it though as I have an app that moves my Applications folder from the 300MB OS partition to the much larger storage partition.

How's that compare to the Z-5500's? The number is lower, so I assume they aren't as powerful, but I dunno for sure as those aren't sold in the US AFAIK.

Yeah the numbers are a bit lower but i bought these because you really won't notice the difference, many reviews stated that the 5500 was too powerful for it's purpose. I like the look of the 5450 a lot more than the 5500 especially the control panel. The 5450 has Wireless Read satellites so you don't have to run cables across the floor.

Good choice, from what I've heard the Z-5500 subwoofer is far too boomy and muddy, so it's bad for music. Unless you're the sort of person who enjoys useless pounding.

I halfway considered digging around to see if I could get the 5450 in the US, but they'd be too expensive to order from Europe. Went with receiver and HT speakers instead.
