jeffy: It was $1,999 from Best Buy. Not the cheapest they had but as I looked around, it and its 32" brother had the best image quality.

SL65AMG: Thanks The best part is watching TopGear on it in all its widescreen glory.

You can buy a Dell widescreen monitor of 24 inch for less than half the price? And that's a real monitor, so you don't have to work while watching television

edit:
resolution for that television: 1366 x 768

wtf, those pixels must be HUGE when you sit at your desk. I don't really see the point in using one of those as a monitor since the resolution sucks, and not as an all-day television either since it's too small.
