As I already posted in the GT5 Prologue thread, today I recieved one of these:

It's the press pack for Gran Turismo 5 Prologue. It's a VERY limited package sent to all magazines which includes the Full Game (Review Code) and a a DVD with all the media to be used in the reviews, magazines etc.
I just found I even got original the press release announcing the collaboration between Sony and the BBC to use Top Gear material and episodes

The Package includes:

- Full Game (Review Code): I tried to run it on my PS3 but it didn't seem to work. I don't know if magazines have a different kind of PS3 for reviewing the games. I only tried it once, I'll try again later (I want to find out if everything's unlocked in this review code so I can try the Ferrari F1 )

- Press Disc
- Tissue-wrapped background information package with 7 large pictures and specs of various cars in the game.
- Introduction letter from Kazunori Yamauchi, the creator of the GT series.

Besides I like collecting these kind of "special editions" from games. The game included in the kit will never be played (just to see if it works) so it's more a collector's thing.

No no, they're long lost brothers

Adu got it from his parents, Vipers dad probably didn't tell him he'd given it away

Decided to post this here since it's a "new toy"..... but I'll join-in the GTAIV thread if any hiccups occur. The only problem I have is using the damm controller while shooting, it's not as straight forward as a keyboard & mouse!

So I decided not to buy a PS3 as I could borrow it from my brother, I finally did so over the weekend since he's away.... GTA IV!!! Here I come...

A few cool posters I got during some give-away, all I had to do was flash the game.

Hooked it up via optical to my Z5500...

Try to use the macro feature on your camera when taking photos of a subject that's up close. That way it will focus correctly for all of us to see. The macro button is usually represented by a flower.

the whole unit will cool better if you can add a fan or two on the side of the heatsink.

I ended up installing the included scythe fan onto the front side of the cooler. It was fine without it while playing tf2 and dark crusade for a few hours, but the second fan makes no more noise and dropped the temps a few degrees. It should also push out some of the hot air from the graphics card. This thing was quite a trick to install, while getting it ready i just kept thinking, 'there is no way this is going to fit' but it does so im quite happy and the cpu is nice and cool, temps are about 10c cooler than the stock hsf and a million times quieter than the included antec tricool, even on its lowest setting. Sitting here I cant tell whats louder, my machine less than 30 inches from me head or the return air duct in the other room
