To continue the flash theme...

Its a bit bigger than I expected, and its a shame that the D50 can't do wireless flashing, but anyway.

Not really new but I decided to make use of some spare speakers. There are six alltogether.

The others.

Oh and they sound frickin awesome btw.

I have no clue, It was just a random GIS to show how it looks on a camera. It arrived and I'm actually quite surprised at the build quality. It's not a static box thing, but folds away into a 7mm thick rectangle the size of the front panel. It attaches on with velcro, the fuzzy side of which you glue on (comes with) the flash. I'm TOO tired right now and in need of a drink, so I'll do a review tomorrow.

I've joined the Netbook/UMPC/Mini-Laptop revolution. I've got an Advent 4211. It's an MSI Wind re-skinned. It has the usual Intel Atom processor, 10" 1024x600 sceen, 80GB HDD and 1GB ram. I don't need more than a few hours battery life so a bigger capacity HDD seemed a better option than an SSD.
I could have got the Asus EEE 901 for a bit more but the keys were just a bit too small for my cocktail sausage fingers.

those things are pretty cool indeed. I tried to find a reason to buy one but couldn't find one though. It's a bit pricey for a backup pc, a bit bulky for carrying it around all the time and a bit small for everyday use. It would be great if I'd have to travel a lot, though.

I just picked up and installed a Cooler Master Hyper 212 CPU cooler. It is a beast at over 700g and uses 2 120mm fans.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...ermaster%20212

Here it is next to the stock Intel heatsink.

Here it is on my mobo

And here it is mounted (yeah, I know its blurry)

First 2 test pics! There's more, but the subjects were a lot dirtier. I'll try to clean them up and take more. It's so much nicer and easier than bouncing light!
