hi,
i need an email client that can send a pre-written email at a certain future date. couldn't find that feature on mozilla unless i'm really retarded, which i sorta am i suppose otherwise wouldn't need to ask. anyway, would appreciate it if anybody could guide me to a client that does this or show me how retarded i am by showing me how to do it in mozilla or outlook for that matter. thanks! |

A combination of "at" and "mail" would do the job nicely, if you have access to a *nix server.

theres a function in outlook 2007 that does this, under options somewhere
you can send an email, and outlook will hold it in its outbox until a certain time, which you can set yourself great for making the boss think you were still at work at 8 pm

or if having been instructed to leave the office before 7pm, means that mail gets sent during 'normal' business hours.
to do it, create your email, go to options, and on the right hand side of the toolbar is Delay Delivery (in more options). Last edited by ashspet; July 4th, 2009 at 2:14 PM. |
