Very unlikely, unless your connection slows down and speeds up at different parts of the day (that only happens in Brunei). and yeh as Renesis says its worldwide so its likely that there will be the same number of people uploading throughout the day due to different time zones.

I'd guess maybe late, late night would be the best only in that your end should be faster. I don't know how much of a difference that might make though.

Nah, usually your internet speeds are the same speeds all day long. When you are downloading, you usually never reach the limit of a broadban down speed. Like I know my Max down speed if 1MB/sec, you most likely won't reach that while downloading a torrent.
As for time wise around the world, you would have to know how many and the location of the downloaders to see where they are located. Would be fairly complicated and pretty pointless, just have youe comp on as much as possible I suppose. |
