Default video editing help!!!

Hi all,

just got myself an OS ATC 2000
http://www.travelsinparadise.com/gearreviews/assets/images/tech/ATC2000.jpg

It's pretty cool for the price and features. Only problem is I do all my editing in Adobe Premier pro that works @ 720x576, but the helmet cam records at 640x480.

When I import the video it doesn't fill the frame and I can't see an obvious way to get it to fit.

So am I missing a trick with premier, or is there a good program that can batch resize video files?

Thanks
Ruu

Video effects --> distort --> transform --> scale

it's done in percent, but just set it to 112.5% and you're from 640 to 720.
