Viewty or F480?

Right, so my Samsung E630's contract is about to end, and I think of buying a phone which has 90% of it's front covered by a touch screen. No, I don't want an iPhone, I don't like it and it isn't being sold here anyway. So my best two options left are the LG KU990 Viewty, and the Samsung F480. Now the Viewty is on sale now, and the Samsung should go on sell within a month or two. Both handsets are very good, and cost about the same. The Samsung is smaller, has an ingenious OS and it's a Samsung so I trust it. The LG on the other hand has better screen, proper flash and 120fps video recording. I don't care much about memory, both phones support TransFlash cards. Also, both support HSDPA and video calling.
Which one should I choose?

I'd say the F480, just because it's newer, smaller and a Samsung. Personally, I'd get neither of those (no WiFi).

Wow, those are very similar, I'd rather have the Samsung out of the two of them, though I would love to have either the Experia X1 or HTC Touch Pro

Both phones won't come to Israel (AFAIK not in the close future). And I don't care about WiFi, I have internets in my school images/smilies/tongue.gif

If that LG has the connection for power, headset, pc connection, and yada-yada.... then be very careful with it. I use the music player hooked to my stereo in my car, thus I connect, disconnect, reconnect, almost everyday. I have broken about 3 LG phones in two years. My friend does not have this setup and his LG Envy broke too.

Oh, that cover... that is fragile too.

I think all LGs use that connection now.

Yeah, my sister's got a LG Shine. Utterly Rubbish, that is.

Of the half dozen phones I've owned over my life the only one to ever break and literally fall apart in my hands was an LG and I am pretty careful with my phones.

I'd get the Samsung. Never had anything break on a Samsung phone yet; LG is another story :/

Neither. Korean phone bore the hell out of me. I think in the long term, a Sony Ericsson G900 or Nokia N96 would be a bit better.

I would stay as far away from LG as possible, Sony-Ericsson is just marginally better. They are absolute rubbish. Not just mobile phones but anything they make is as good as Celine Dion singing AC/DC's "You shook me all night long". I would rather a carrier pigeon then an LG phone. The pigeon would be more reliable.
