Pleeeease don't go with GoDaddy for hosting. They are horrible.

All of my domains are via them (including this one), but their hosting is terrible.

... I ask Herb Helbig, vehicle synthesis manager for SRT and a member of the original Team Viper development group since day one, if they'd ever thought of adding traction control. "It comes with two," he says, pointing at my feet. "Learn to use them." Got it.

Yeah, I once had to do some php/MySQLwork for a client who was hosted with GoDaddy. They had his MySQL database hosted on a completely separate server that seemed to be severely overloaded and the performance was horrendous.

Bit late to the game here, but figured I'd toss in my opinion.

Don't go with GoDaddy as so many people have said, the performance seems to suck. Yeah it's cheap, but if your running a decent sized site then it'll bog down.

I got an account with iweb.com a couple weeks ago and they seem to be pretty good so far. Got the standard web hosting account for the time being; I'll probably end up getting a 10Mbps unmetered dedicated server from them.
