I don't think it's a bug, if you notice the post about Viper, sure it's been made AFTER the one of Gunner, but the post of Viper is in a thread that has been moved and is technically no longer there. So Gunner's post is actually the most recent post in there.
But, some kind of mod that Viper will soon kill, forgot to uncheck the "leave shadow topic" box
