Disable Adblock or whitelist "youtube.com". One of Filterset.G's filters was blocking the embeds for me.

I seem to have an intermittent problem when trying to load the forums. They work just fine for some time, but then, for about 5-10 minutes, it looks like the forums are broken, because Firefox says that the connection times out to the server. And, at the same time, I can view other webpages absolutely fine. What might be the cause of it?

There were routing issues to the colo a few hours ago, but they seemed to be resolved. Perhaps you're still having trouble though to your part of the world.

Just had the same problem. It's the colo or whatever, not the box I think.

There is a bug in the CSS code for the site. When using AdBlock(Or Opera), there is a small flash-file that loads, but a minor bug causes it not to load unless you scroll to the bottom of the uploader, then back to the top.

If you see the white box after "Select one or more files", then the flash element has not loaded.

There will be a massive upgrade to the site in a few weeks with alot of new code, but I will try and get that bug ironed out as soon as I can.

I was thinking it would be nice if there was a way for members to share contact info like phone numbers. Maybe only to people listed as "friends" in that friends thingy, just so it's not open for anyone. Also, it might be nice if there was a script to turn the number into a graphic to avoid spiders.

Just a thought I had while trying to coordinate an impromptu meet wit klutch.

Simple something I wish were different, the logo at the top of each forum page links back to the forum index rather than to the finalgear.com index page. There may be a good reason for this, but most sites I go on have it the other way round leading to many moments of confusion on my part!

I've never seen a forum do that (not to say that some don't). However, there's a link to the main site at the bottom right of every single page as well as at the top of the forum homepage.
