just bought my first vw . 91 corrado g60with stage 4 jabbasport tune fast baby with few probs sunroof one of them no jokes about sunroof touchy subject only solutions please stiff going back scrapping on passenger side rhd any quick fix other than dropping roof thanks

your ideas would be treasured on my other planet

Hi all!

I figured it didn't make sense for me to be a Top Gear nut like all of you and not be active on the Final Gear forums.

I live in central Massachusetts and currently drive a WRX wagon disguised as a Saab.. aka a Saabaru. Cars before this were an '01 VW Golf 1.8T, '95 Infiniti G20t, and last but not least (ok, it was least at 88 whopping hp) a '94 Ford Escort LX.

I've never been a fan of any TV show more than Top Gear. When there is a new episode I basically make sure I have no interuptions just so I can enjoy it over a few pints of Guinness.. or Michelob Light. I guess whatever beer is within reach.

Hopefully I can bring something useful to the forums. I have a friend in LA who works in the "industry" (not porn) and is friends with one of the American Top Gear producers.. I just found this out minutes ago, btw. I'm not sure what kind of cool stuff I can find out.. but I'll try my best.

One thing I noticed about the members here is that there is variety. Variety in personality and taste in cars. I really like that. I'm open minded all types of cars.. although I don't miss FWD one bit since I've gone to AWD. If I lived in an area where we didn't get snow I'd be RWD for sure. I love the Saabaru, but I long for an Evo. Ok that's enough.. too much coffee.

Most important things I can think of to tell you:

- I hate BMW
- I hate all Mercedes' except the new C-Class
- I hate all Audis except the R8
- I hate all Porsches

Hey All.

I'm Andrew from New Zealand but now living in Antwerp, Belgium via Australia, the UK, Japan...

I've recently ordered a BMW 123D M-Sport Coupe (like my av) but until that arrives in September

I'm driving a Renault Clio diesel rental car which I have to admit I actually really like

What it lacks in horsepower it makes up for in personality. But I still really want my BMW to arrive....

Anyone passing through Belgium say hi!

Nothing to do with them being German - I find BMWs ugly, Mercedes' (esp the new SL) are pretty ugly too, and a bit dull - and they look dodgy in anything other than silver/black. Audis are a bit better, but too samey in the looks department, and they ride hard (Dad's A6 and Uncles A4 Cabroilet do anyway!). Porsches are OK actually. I guess the 911 annoys me for being better than the (new, tweaked) V8 Vantage. There, that's my (lengthy) justification

Hello finalgear members.

I hate most tv shows, but there are a few I am "into" most notably Top Gear.
I have all the episodes stowed away on 3 harddrives and dvds [ incase the harddrives all fail]

Currently I have a 2007 VW City Golf. Previous cars .. 1989 Ford Ranger xlt [ with the 3 litre v6 -great engine] and a 1995 Mazda 626 ES [ check the youtube video - seriously]

Just saying hi! I've been around for the last 3-4 years, but i never registered. I loved Top Gear since the day of Tiff. While traveling in Europe a few years back, I always made time to watch Top Gear. I even bought Top Gear the board game.
