Yes the idea it to actually make the post with the browser. Kudos for the effort, but I can't count wget, telnet (I think), and ones that don't work (Amaya on Kubuntu kept crashing on me). Glad to see the interest though, and of course just because it doesn't officially count doesn't mean you can't post it!

Mosaic if I remember correctly only supports HTTP 1.0, so it won't work with sites that require a name instead of an ip to identify them.
