It looks like a Lancia Beta Montecarlo... probably some racing version?

Edit: I think it's a 037.

Nope. But it is Italian 8)

Edit: just to avoid being misleading, at its unveiling, the car did sport some Maserati (dealer) stickers, and a Maserati engine is one of the possible engine options. But it's not a Maserati.
