I believe it's sending the raw gzip'ed content, possibly without the gzip header so browsers don't know to decompress it.

EDIT: Disabled gzip. Lemme know if it happens again.

Anyone still having problems, use the Shift+Refresh (Usually shift+f5 does the trick) method to force reload the page and make sure nothing comes from your browser. It fixed the issue in IE7, Firefox, adn Opera for me.
