Default lol, some site is ripping off this one

Someone sent me a PM with a link to this site: http://www.flixvault.net/

They have our torrents, but they've just edited to the comments to make it look like it's their torrent. images/smilies/lol.gif And yes I know it is really my torrent as the one torrent I downloaded uses this tracker:

http://windows.mouselike.org:6969/

And the only way you can get your torrent to be tracked by that site is to upload it via FTP to that box. images/smilies/wink.gif

I've signed up on their forums and I'm going to leave a nice, polite little message. images/smilies/tongue.gif (And no, please don't go sign up and spam mean messages yourself.)

[edit] http://www.flixvault.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=731

And in case they delete it:

www.finalgear.com (currently at gear.viper007bond.com though)

You download my torrents and rips and then just edit the torrent comments to make it appear as if you were the one that created the torrent.

Proof: the torrent on your main page uses this tracker: http://windows.mouselike.org:6969/ That tracker is my private backup tracker which you can only add torrents to via private FTP upload.

Also, the songs. Does this look familiar? http://forum.finalgear.com/viewforum.php?f=28

I don't mind at all if you link to the download page on my site, for example this page for the latest torrent: http://gear.viper007bond.com/downloads.php?display=72

But I request that you stop stealing my hard work.

Thanks for your time.

Flixvault Member A: Hey, yesterday I stole all the torrents from Finalgear. I made screencaps of all the episodes, wrote a description and surfed their music section to write down all the songs they play on Top Gear. After that I created a new site,
uploaded everything on a ftp and installed a Forum. It only took me a week images/smilies/lol.gif

Dude, don't. I want to read their replies and I also want to have nothing to do with hacking a site. A) It's not legal. B) That's not my way.
