It's a forum, nothing illegeal in visiting a forum.
What you download/upload from different sites, p2p programs, etc, and whether that legal or not, is non of the forum's business, your responsibility, your risk. Discussing Top Gear and Fifth Gear episodes is not illegal in any way, it's a public forum, nothing is hosted here apart from the text we type.
