Phyrefile not working ?

I don't know if its just me but Phyrefile is not working for me. I tried logging in but it still won't let me upload pictures.

It works fine now... well slow but never-the-less fine. Try Internet Explorer when using Phyrefile.

I only use internet explorer anyway.

Just thought I'd bump this thread to say it doesn't work for me either. I very rarely use it, but when Imageshack would accept every image but my new signature, I thought I would give it a chance. It failed.

The 'Browse' button doesn't work at all in any browser, and as soon as I scroll down to the upload box the text box disappears. Odd. Ended up hosting the sig image on my NTL webspace.

Try the main page.. the lite version doesnt work with flash 10, and I haven't been able to get this version fixed.

I'll see what I can do to get it working, cause viper doesnt want anything to do with the site :-/

I have flash 10, so that would explain it. Seems to work ok on this work PC with flash 9. images/smilies/smile.gif

What does that mean? Does the site need a developer?

Just a heads up, the Image Transloader firefox extension I wrote (w/ some communication with Viper) left the sandbox on Feb 10th, 2009 and has spiked in downloads quite a bit since. I'm showing about 800 daily users on my stats dashboard which may or may not be impacting traffic on phyrefile. The current default service is phyrefile, so...

Yeah, we are getting an average of 700 new images/day uploaded. I havent run the stats on the logfiles cause they are getting too big, but we have been pushing a couple million/day served.

And yes, the site needs a new developer..

By the way, it always works fine for me EXCEPT in Opera it displays one line less than it should in three of the four boxes. Whenever I upload one image I have to take the html code and just take the image url out of it. Works fine in Firefox though. I'm sure it would only take adding a blank line to the end to fix it, if you feel like being nice to the couple of Opera users out there.

Alright, well I noticed phyrefile transloads are getting sent to imageshack. Fine by me because ImageShack just changed their scripting and I'm on spring break away from my codebase and don't have what I need to fix the extension images/smilies/blink.gif

If you'd like some freelance phyrefile development let me know. I'm an EE student at UF whos pretty fluent with PHP, perl, javascript, etc.

Is it dead again? I 'Go Advanced' and don't even get the option to log into it, have to outside to get in.

Due to the introduction of the attachment system, I dumped it from the forums. Phyrefile's rather buggy at the moment anyway. Perhaps I'll add it back in once PacketCollision is done with it's recode.

The myfiles.php thing is broken again, would be nice to have it back.

I am having trouble uploading pics with FF3.5.1
When I upload a picture the picture looks like it's uploaded and the site says "Upload complete!", but the links to the picture won't show up. With IE everything works fine.
The picture does not show up in my files either.
