Team Finalgear in the 24 Hours of Lemons

Yes, thats right.. we are in the 24 Hours of Lemons!

More specifically, we are in for the Flat Rock Speedway on September 29th/30th!

Me, Serajadeyn, and a few other drivers are in the race with a very fancy/beatup car..

A 1993 BMW 525i!

So here is the catch- we are asking for sponsors to help cover some of the car costs (Rollcage, safety belts, fire ext, tires, brakes, and traveling cost from MD to Michigan). If you donate to us, your name/logo/websitename/graphic of choice (non-pornographic please) will get a spot on the car.

Nice car, you should have at least gone with the 540 though.

You might want to see if the owners of http://www.bimmerforums.com/ would like to put a logo on the car.

How much of a donation would it take to get to be one of the drivers at the event?
PS I am serious, and have track experience in both Motorcycles and Cars and if you are interested I would want details like how many drivers you currently have and about how much driving time.

We removed the fan clutch and replaced it with a permacool 16", which should give us a decent bhp boost, along with 0 cooling issues

I'm very tempted to come along to the event to add some moral and possibly some wrench turning or any other kind of support. I think it would be worth the 2.5 hour drive.

hhmmm hey isn't the producer or some one of top gear a fan of this site and a member? why not send them a message asking if top gear could sponsor the car. i think it would be great to have clarksons face on the hood and the hampster and may on either side of the car

personally im not sure he even has a membership here, you can browse the site as a guest, no need to sign up.

what size of donation are you looking for? im guessing the odd £10 isnt going to get you very far. I cant really donate more than that tho
