So what? That means we can't make our own?

Plus, we're gonna have a lot, lot more than just an episode guide...

It doesn't include the pre-2002 episodes as well.

Wikipedia's rules mean that there can't be screenshots of the episodes, can't be a dedicated page to each episode etc.

The FG wiki will be far more comprehensive in it's coverage of such stuff IMO.

Really? I have seen Wikipedia entries for TV shows with both seperate episode pages and screenshots.

I'm always amazed how for every single topic in the universe some random person has wrote something up. They think of everything on Wikipedia.

All the TG screenshots were removed a while back as they were considered decoration rather than serving an important purpose.

Another in the long, long list of why I started our own wiki -- we can have whatever rules we want on content. images/smilies/smile.gif

Fuck notable.

Yeah, but they're having this big kerfuffle about having an article for every TV episode ever.

For example, they've got rid of every article for Stargate SG1 episodes, and only "notable" episodes (read : won an award) get to keep their own page.

And I believe they're slowly working through all TV shows to do this,

^ Well, that's just dumb. I can see why they did it, but I used the episode pages quite a bit. I used to go to TVTome for TV episode guides but that got shutdown and the successor (TV.com) sucks. Heck, even IMDb's episode guides are worse than Wikipedia's.

So that means we will be the only fully and wholly informative wiki on the subject of Top Gear and Fifth Gear with episodic content and trivia?

This is excluding of course the main Top Gear website.
