I'd like to know what the songs were while JC was testing the new Jag, Sorry I don't know what times it was.

I believe it was extracts from the Batman soundtrack, but I'd have to listen to it again to confirm (other people in the room were talking over that review... Grrr.....)

Is there anywhere you can download all the top gear episodes or buy them? Thanks Neil

1) Not the right thread.
2) Although it may give you numerous results, a search would give you the answer (though I can tell you now there is no way to buy them and no BBC provided download method other than streaming)

I'll record the clips of the songs I want the names of tomorrow when I get a copy of the episode.

No - a better method is when you get the copy of the episode (if it's Vuk's) get the timestamps when you ask for it... eg:

10:20-10:34

Cool cool, I will do.

I like any kind of electronica music (m83, amon tobin, 65daysofstatic) So if you guys can recommend anything like that i'd be greatful. It all seems to be played on top gear

Yep, likewise.

I just viewed it off Sky+ and for me, its the songs that start at ~33:50 and last through the whole of the 34th minute.

Part of the Jag test was Happily Ever After by Ian Brown. Instrumental guitars, quite menacing sounding. It cut away to another song, then back to the track again. I can't provide timestamps, sorry.

You sure about that? I'm having a tough time finding references to it.

whats the name of the song from 40:48 to 41:40? Right after the BMW and Merc leave and they do a flyover of the jag.

It sounds like its from the movies black hawk down or the gladiator, can anyone confirm? Thanks!

Man on Fire

Happy to announce that I found the name of the song

Harry Gregson-Williams - Creasy Dies.

The whole song is 9 minutes 38 seconds

The part where it is played on Top Gear is during 8 minutes and 25 seconds and forward

33:35 - 34:23 - ian brown - happy ever after
35:15 - 35:56 - ian brown - happy ever after

Motor Kayak vs Tomcat

20:44 - 22:20 : Pirates of the Carribean Soundtrack - I think the track is either "Will and Elizabeth" (2:08 ) or a section of "Blood Ritual" (3:32 ) That particular section is found in several tracks on this score. The composer is Klaus Badelt

Hi guys, would appreciate it if you could tell me the title of the song being played from from 53:18 to 53:25 when Hammond was taking a leak.

Tks :)
