Not sure what timestamp it is until I get the episode but I know
Gorrilaz-El Manana
was in there when they were driving the boats.

Also
Touch the sky (I think it was a classic version not the Kanye West version) was in there when Richard stalled his boat on the corner and Jeremy left him

What was the 60's Thunderbirds-style instrumental piece near the beginning when the guys were converting their cars to boats, and James May was talking about his Hillman?

Sounded quite cool..

Cheers!

No time avalible, but when the 3 are driving, they had been seperated and then joined back togehter in that town, im sure that one was Gerry Rafferty - Baker Street.

And then Hammond climbed into Clarkson's Toybota and it switched between Them 2 and May by himself, when it went back to RH and JC that was the Miami Vice Theme.

that was the music from U.F.O. by Jerry & Sylvia Anderson

also a bit of the "Italian Job" - the classic not the american recent rubbish movie

7:08-7:20 the theme tune from the "magnum p.i." show.

7:25-7:33 was "the thing about it" by sweatshop union ...they should have played that longer, sweatshop rocks.

What about 15:52 - 16:06? I love the strings music Top Gear uses in various episodes.

17:50-18:10 was Amon Tobin - El Cargo (Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory soundtrack)

At 52:47 while Hammond sinks: Master and Commander Soundtrack, Smoke 'N Oakum clip starting at about 1:55 into the track

The music while James is sailing is, of course, The Nutcracker Suite - Tchaikovsky

Mr-Vercetti

I am frankly impressed, I didn't think anyone else would recognize a now-obscure classic rock artist like Rafferty, especially an artist with only one semi-hit album. Bravo.

18:43 - 19:48 Death From Above 1979 - Turn it Out

Album is "You're a Woman, I'm a Machine".

Good to see some Canadian music on TG.

His "City to City" album was actually a greatest hits album. Included Bakers Street. Right Down the Line, and Matties Rag. All great songs

I know this one but cant quite put my finger on it! I think its the theme from The Man From U.N.C.L.E but it could be incidental music from The Saint, The Avengers or even Mission Impossible (original TV Series)

the magnum theme was made by Mike Post & Pete Carpenter if you want that info as well. ;)

01:27 - 01:45 - Edwin Astley - The Saint Theme

46:00 - 46:16 - Wayne Hill - Left Bank Two (the 'gallery theme' from Vision On)

48:12 - 48:46 - Ralph Vaughn Williams - The Lark Ascending
