Best ever!
I waited for them two hours outside People's Palace and all I could record was the sound of the cars blasting through the tunnels and some pictures of other people driving the three cars. Doesn?t matter?

Thank you for coming to Romania and please come back and stay for longer?or forever!

C*nts. Clowning around and destroying cars for no reason, you've gone too far, rich boys.

I'm not upset, no, just disgusted at you.

I can suggest a player that will play MKV, however i don't know what a Archos pmp player is.....

I've been downloading the 700mb file for 22 hours, once its done i can upload it to you at 200-500kb/s if you want. Weird having a 25mb line and getting 5-10kb/s, must be all of the fatherland (UK) eating the worlds top gear bandwidth. or maybe i am just hated downloading at 10k uploading at 200+.

off topic: what codecs are needed for the HD version ?
Here's a guide http://forums.finalgear.com/problems/high-definition-playback-guide-40409/#post1172684

There's about a 1000 lines there but don't go there.....!;)

 Guess who your +rep's from

Hell, I've only been on here 6 months and it's getting on my tits (and they're bigger'n your cause I'm a not-a-dude:p)

Yup, really disappointed we didn't see more of Eric, and gutted the track was wet otherwise we might have a new leader!

Webber is a professional racing driver, Bana a talented amateur :p

Hit the nail on the head for me with this review.
I need to watch it again when I haven't been awake for 56 of the last 60 hours due to partying at TG Live :D (she says, showing off that even us old girls can still go hard or go home). But still voted it a 9.

Such a joy to see James doing some reviews, and Stig in a blazer and Top Trumps were chortlemaking.
I dislike intensely the split screen power laps, find them really annoying, but as long as they don't do it to any of the supercars I can live with it .

The news was good, hoping next week the "Soggy Bugatti" shows up, think it might have happened too late for this ep.

Romania was great, that autoporn car park WOW, ohhh those exhausts in the tunnels, and that DBS yum. I hated the kids writing in the dust on the cars, kept going nooo! the paintwork! (sald old bint i am). Loved the "antique" comedy throwback with the phrasebook, Mony Python lives on ;). Yes there were lots of non-PC bits, that's one of the reasons we love TG isn't it? Like many others I wish they'd spent more time showing us the road but still awesome cinematography and flying!

Have had a week of MPH/TG Live, James contact and now TG and have found the kitcar I want to build one day (the MEV Rocket http://www.mevltd.co.uk/) - what a week! :D
Bring on Ep 2!
Hey! :?

I stupidly gave it an 8, when I meant to vote 9! Idiot! Just goes to show, you shouldn't vote whilst holding an empty wine glass in your other hand. ;)

Overall a very enjoyable episode with lots of funny moments.

I only frowned, when James tested the BMW and the Merc, because he got at least one fact wrong: The S63 AMG has the short wheelbase and doesn't come - as he said - only in long wheelbase version. That would be the S65 AMG with the 12-cylinder twin turbo, which of course they didn't use, because a) it would have wiped the floor with the Beamer with its 612 HP and b) it is much more expensive.

And yes, I know I'm pedantic...

Something to play x264 video, something to play AC3 audio, something to understand the ???????? container.

Players like VLC come with everything already included.

it just shouldn't be this hard to get a full ep of top gear. :wall: and yes that my Archos Personal Media Player set it up onto the tv hold 160gb of video on it , but it doesn't take mkv files
That's because it's as easy as always. Just don't download mkv if you cant play back mkv, easy.

I feel like at least MY problem with "scripting" isn't when it exists, it's when it's poorly done and so blatantly obvious that it completely breaks the suspension of disbelief.

C'mon that truck clearly didn't have enough rear visibility! And as a plus, good news! The Dacia Sandero comes with optional side airbags!

It is a depressing world where more people would rather see Sam Fox stick gross things in her mouth than Top Gear...
Didn't you know? She's never a "thing" in her mouth 'cos she....er.....drinks from the furry cup shall we say? ;)

My point exactly. don't mind the same old shit as long as it isn't forced. Actually it really is a bit like taking a dump - it can be a very satisfying thing as long as you don't have to force it!

I downloaded the 700mb copy and it went over 1 hour, so I'm assuming that I have the mysterious last 2 minutes.

I'm doing work on my computer right now, but I'll make it available around 6pm my time, 8pm eastern US time.

both of the crashes were scripted , the dacia sandero apparition in the parking and overtaking the guys on the highway was also scripted

But I'll give it a 10 just cuz they've bothered to visit Romania and showed what a beautiful country it is :D

Also glad to see the cars and my country in HD
