So how many of you would pick the 2.3-16 over the M3? I was looking on eBay for one in decent condition because I need a new DD. I personally like it because it's a lot more rare than the E36 M3 and having a Benz with a manual would be interesting
All this mentioning of Atlantian and the Mercs box. Someone care to explain?
What has happened to James this season? Whatever it is, I like it.
I'm curious about German Stig; namely why he didn't appear more stereotypically German. I wonder if it's because the driver actually was German and objected to wearing lederhosen over the suit or something. Although budget and other constraints seem more likely.
the GPS claimed 121mph or 54.1m/s. He needed 25 frames for three sets of white lines, which should be 6m white and 12m clear each. At 25fps That's 54m/s.
I still wonder how they found a Bavarian brass band in East Germany.
That's not funny. See, I have this flip-chart which clearly shows there are no Bavarians in East Germany.
My favourite part of the episode was that they translated "Scheisse" with "o bother". I think even the most Brits would know, that that isn't quite the exact translation...
I just wonder: whats the porpouse of the tape on the headlights of the challenge cars? i really dont know.
He was constantly on about the 'dogleg' transmission in his Merc (I think it was a Merc) , meaning a box were reverse is above first gear.
Wich hell did he die in again?
i really think the challenge run nevr happened, they just needed a way to justify the score being closer for the shock value. IMO
on topic, I gave it only a 6....... can't put my finger on it, seemd like the challenge never got going, and whats up with that 'economy run' they didn't show? I understand its not very intresting to actualy shoot, but atleast show it briefly instead of just coming up with it at the scoreboard......
So much for the stereotypes
