My prediction for Pujols is as follows...

Cardinals 55%
Angels 20%
Yankees 10%
Cubs 5%
Orioles 5%
Everybody else 5%

5%? Get that shit outta here! :p

In all seriousness, I'm going to be thrilled no matter the outcome:

1) Cards somehow keep him and have to get rid of players or field a team of scrubs.
2) Signs with LA/*insert massive longshot here* and leaves the NL.
3) Signs with Cubs and... I JIZZZ INNN MY PANNNTS.

I know you don't like the Cubs, but dead last???

I don't think they can compete, based on last year. I haven't seen a major improvement. While part of it may certainly be biased, it could easily be them in dead last. They could also be in 3rd.

Hitting .190? Rad. Garza isn't Cy Young, either. Like I said, They could be as high as 3rd. They won't win the division, so its a rather moot argument, anyway.

No, just no. :p

Lee's a great guy, but he's one of the worst 1B playing today. He doesn't hit for power... at all, he's old, he grounds into DPs whenever he has the chance, and it's not 2005 anymore.

He won't hit under .200 again, but he can hit .230 all he wants as long as he hits 40 bombs and drives in 100, which he is perfectly capable of doing at Wrigley. Garza scares me as he's a fly-ball pitcher, but meh. Like you said, even if we surprise this year, we won't be competing for a damn thing...

Go Rox!?!

I already love Quade as much as I hate Dusty.

At the very end, somebody took a dump right where I stood in the dugout every day,? Baker said Monday morning. ?That was the low point. The grounds crew guy cleaned it up. He said, ?Oh, I think it?s dog crap.? I said, ?No it ain?t. That?s human crap.
 Oh, Dusty...

Quade named Dempster the opening-day starter; baseball's almost here! I can smell the stale beer, fresh-cut grass, and dugout feces already! :p

Adam Wainwright might be out for the season.....ouch for Cardinals fans.

He's getting a second opinion, but it looks like TJ is necessary.... devastating for the Cards baseball fans.

FTFY... I really enjoyed watching Wainwright pitch. He was kind of a throw back in the sense that you knew every start you were going to get 7+ out of him.
