Portrait is nice for satnav maps IMO. After all, where you're heading is more interesting than anything else on a GPS screen.
Also, I can imagine a horizontal split where the satnav takes two thirds, leaving the bottom third for basic audio stuff and climate control and the like.

But it does look odd. We're all used to horizontal 4:3 and 16:9 nowadays.

All engines are 4-pots though. Wonder what the american buyers will think about that. I'm sure that 400HP from the T8 is going to be plenty fast, but still.

Ummmm? Not sure what you mean? Its a luxury car brand that is in the process of reinventing itself, like Cadillac did a few years ago, and Lincoln is doing now. If the 3 concepts they showed over the last few month are any indication of where they're going, I think they're going to make an even more impressive comeback than Cadillac did.
This a very handsome and seemingly well equipped luxury family hauler. Going by nothing other than looks, I'd take it over the X5 or or Mercedes ML or Q7.
