Dear Richard,

Best of luck for a full recovery. Thankyou for gracing our TV screens with your wit and humour and I certainly hope that you'll be back at it again soon.

????nimo, Richard!!!.

Don't even think of giving up, a lot of good things are waiting for you; I can only remember your face of pleasure when driving that Zonda through the bends, and I'm completely sure you know how to enjoy your life. C'mon, do it for us...and over all, for your family and friends.

Adrian, from Santander, Spain.

Dear Mr Hammond,

It is of utmost importance that you hang in there and recover. We are praying for you, let that not be in vain. Heaven haven't gotten their Zondas yet, so there really is no reason going there any time soon.

Best wishes

Thomas G, Stockholm, Sweden

Richard - your T.V gold! Wishing you all the best during your recovery - oh and on a side note your a far better driver and much funnier than the other 'two'.

Seriously though, my best wishes to both you and your family.

Richard, don't forget that gods - driving gods especially - never get injured permanently.
Get well soon and don't take crap from jeremy.

Jaka M., Slovenia

Richard,

Your enthusiasm and obvious love for what you do make it a joy to watch you at work. You don't have to know someone to be able to tell that they are a nice guy, you are definately one of the good guys. I all hope and pray that you pull through, make a full recovery and go for a drive in your 911 at least a million more times!

Get well soon,

Philip, London, UK.

Get well soon, what would we do without our driving god!

Richard,

Get well soon. You are like a family member to us. Top Gear is on nearly every day with one of us laughing hard. Its gotten so popular I am having to get episodes from years ago to keep everyone happy.

Dont let JC give you any crap about the accident.

Best wishes
