I filmed a 9 second pass from the worlds fastest vw bug (with org pan), watch him kill the photocells 9 secs into the clip

 
It's actually the wax that burns so the vapours re-ignite the flame.

no it isn't...it's the wax vapours that burn. if you blow out the candle, the wax keeps vapourising for a few moments, and during this you can reignite it by lighting the smoke...
 
Or you could, you know, simply not blow the candle out in the first place. :p

Let me rephrase it

In a candle it's the wax that sustains combustion so the wax vapours in rising after the candle is put out re-ignite thus re-igniting the candle.

Now I do not understand. Could you rephrase the rephrasing so I can understand the rephrasing that you will rephrase?
