Guess I'll have to retune my TV.
Channel Seven dropped out months ago, and with them broadcasting precisely nothing I would ever watch since they lost the V8 contract, I never bothered to try to pick it up again.

2 1/2 hours into the race, Markus Winkelhock in an Audi R8 dominates the race, 2nd is Wolfgang Reip in a Nissan GT-R, third is Richard Muscat in a Mercedes SLS AMG.

There were some full-course yellows, but on the other hand Winkelhock put some nice laps down, with the record of last year broken twice.

That was a mad dash to the finish, with the order completely changed in the last laps...

1st: Nismo Nissan GT-R #35 (3 laps before the end: 3rd)
2nd: Phoenix Audi R8 #15 (3 laps before the end: 2nd)
3rd: Bancroft Aston Martin #97 (3 laps before the end: 4th)
4th: Bentley #10 (3 laps before the end: 1st)

Video from the stands showing what exactly happened on that last corner. The TV cameras focused on the GT-R crossing the line, so they missed this insanity.
