BBC apologises over Queen clips : Well I do not know of any other country that would do thier to their head of state. Now if the BBC is afflicted by the pink agenda - anti-royalism being one of them then you may as well indulge a load of lying.

What do you think about the BBC - the same people who want to get rid of the queen want to get shot of Jeremy BTW.

The title made me think they were apologizing for Freddie Mercury.

What exactly is the point of the Royal family? I know Canada, OZ, NZ and a bunch of other countries are required to recognize the Queen, but other than that, what is her purpose?

First thing I thought too, along with "WTF is wrong with Queen?"

The whole media skew has been entirely unfair.

The BBC didn't know the clips were edited together out of sequence - it was an independent production company that sold the programme (and the trailer, incidentally) to the BBC.

The rest of the media are just taking advantage and nobody seems to be pointing this out.
