Before that some reports say a move will be made at the start of October to get rid of BoJo.

Vote of No Confidence in the PM, followed by a six month Labour Government, which will hold a referendum in March, followed by a General Election a month later.

All hinges on rebel Tory, SNP and Lib Dem support.

Labour are in favour of a soft Brexit/deal scenario which is then validated by a second referendum. Lib Dems will support the same position unless they can form a majority government by themselves in which case they would take that victory as a mandate to revoke Article 50.

Jeremy Corbyn faces fight to stop him ‘staying neutral’ in fresh referendum, Labour figures warn

Corbyn's position is still farcical. He wants deal but won't endorse it or campaign for it. How can he deliver if he won't show leadership on the subject.

UK has two weeks to set out plan - Finnish PM

Antti Rinne said he and French President Emmanuel Macron agreed the UK needed to produce the proposals in writing by the end of September, adding if not, "then it's over".

Finland currently holds the EU's rotating presidency.

Jeremy Corbyn faces calls to resolve Labour Brexit divisions

Jeremy Corbyn is coming under pressure amid divisions over Labour's Brexit strategy as leading figures call for the party to back staying in the EU.

Shadow foreign secretary Emily Thornberry said Labour must "say no" to leaving the EU at its party conference.

And deputy leader Tom Watson said it must settle its position as "a Remain party" once and for all this week.

However, the unions account for 50% of the votes at Labour conference - and if they continue to stand firmly behind Jeremy Corbyn then the overtly pro-remain position will be defeated.

I would like to discuss the issue, but I'm long past having any words for it. At least the courts are still independent, I was seriously worried that they didn't have the balls for this ruling. But Johnson just continues. I'm getting neck strain from all the shaking my head about this guy.

At the same Labour are going off the rails too. Are the a Brexit or Remain party?

Corbyn rammed through a pro brexit deal motion at their annual party conference.

Corbyn wins party backing in crunch Brexit vote

Jeremy Corbyn's policy on Brexit has triumphed at Labour conference, as members endorsed his stance to stay neutral while negotiating a new deal.

The party voted against a motion which would have seen Labour backing Remain in any future referendum.

NCA statement is a bit odd, investigation into Banks may not be over.

MPs have denied the Tories a recess for their conference in Manchester next week.

Conservatives: "We're going to fuck the country."
Parliament: "No you aren't"
Conservatives: "Spoilsports! Can we at least still fuck our interns!"
Parliament: "Nope."

No deal looms closer.

Donald Tusk, President of the European Council, truely exasperated by Boris bullshit.
@BorisJohnson, what’s at stake is not winning some stupid blame game. At stake is the future of Europe and the UK as well as the security and interests of our people. You don’t want a deal, you don’t want an extension, you don’t want to revoke, quo vadis?
