My friend just sent me these. I respect GM a little bit now.

Some of those are witty and funny...

but they are all completely irrelevant! This is all from the past. How about they focus on their future products?

Well, the youngest car on those adverts of cool cars is 30 years old - do I have to say more?

Yeah, that's pretty cool, but what about making something that is actually worthy of those ancestors again? :|

Some of those are pretty cool, but should be at least a few tie ins with current models. Pretty much everyone in the state is well aware that they used to make cool cars.

Some clever ads, but ... doesn't it really highlight the very problem with GM?

Are those suppose to be promotions for buying pre-owned Chevys or something?

Exactly... "hey we know we're shit now, but look, half a century ago we actually had something people cared for."

Seriously, is this a joke? There isn't a single thing about the current GM, how is this advertising? Companies need to innovate to move forward, not cling to their past.

They are seriously cool but like the rest said why are there no new cars? I love the Stingray more than my future kids but it don't mean jack when the current line up puts me to sleep....

Now watch someone retort with, "yea but they're inspired by old cars!"

For the most part I agree, GM wouldn't know a good car if it were funded by taxpayers and fell into their lap.

Who hasn't realized the connection between Volvo and vulva? Even Arrested Development had a subtle joke about it all those years ago.

I don't think these are real, are they?

I mean...why would a cup holder wear a poodle skirt?

I think even GM's copy editors would have caught things like this.
