College Football. Does anybody watch?

Wow....very boring game.

I only watched the fourth quarter, mostly because I figured it would be a boring game from the start and I'm not that interested in football either.

The final of the Rugby World Cup was similar. Both that game and this game, if they were advertisements for the sport to a neutral, were possibly some of the worst games ever.

That was a pretty comprehensive victory from top to bottom. I have no idea how this team lost 3 games last year with Ingram, Julio, Darius and McElroy.

And we're back!! My Buckeyes jersey is dusted off and out of the closet. Now to see how Urban Meyer does.

Oh and go Alabama later tonight. :p

The scam does more than shatter a college football fairy tale. It also leaves a black mark on sports journalism, as many news outlets ? including the Tribune ? ran stories about Kekua's passing without verifying her death. There was no published obituary for Kekua and no California driver's license issued to anyone with that name. The Social Security Administration database had no record of anyone with the surname Kekua dying in 2012.

Yet respected national publications such as Sports Illustrated, the Los Angeles Times and The New York Times all ran stories about Te'o's heartbreak. The Chicago Tribune published 15 articles mentioning her death in the past four months.

Lennay Kekua never existed, never dated Manti Te?o, never was in a car accident, never battled leukemia and never died.

If this relationship went on for three years ? they reportedly met in 2009 ? how come no one on the Notre Dame football team ever met her?

But the biggest question of all concerns the nightly phone calls when Kekua was supposedly dying.

Te?o told Sports Illustrated that he would phone her in her hospital room and stay on the line with her as he slept through the night. Her relatives told him that at her lowest points, as she fought to emerge from a coma, her breathing rate would increase at the sound of his voice. If the conversations took place, who was on the other end of the line?

THEN WHO WAS PHONE

Really does this surprise anyone? How can anyone trust college athletics its governing body is from new jersey. Its all about the money I would not doubt that there is more to this story in the vein of greed that we won't hear about because they will sell just as many magazines, TV shows, and advertisements just speculating.

Picks by conference (or division if you happen to be the SEC because you have that much readily-available talent. God, no wonder everyone that's not a fan hates you. Jackasses.)

Is what it should be titled. People can hate, but something has to be going right in these parts. I just wish "these parts" included Knoxville. <_<

Nekesa Shepherd said Briskey flew into a rage when she saw the sisters and others joking that the Crimson Tide's loss wasn't as bad as if the NBA's Miami Heat had lost a game.

''She said we weren't real Alabama fans because it didn't bother us that they lost. And then she started shooting,'' Shepherd told The Associated Press.

Shepherd, the mother of three, was shot to death in the parking lot of an apartment complex in the Birmingham suburb of Hoover and the women did not know each other before the party, Coker said.

10/10, best episode of Top Gear ever

Tonight: Jake throws a football. Derrick carries a football. And Nick talks to a man in a striped shirt.

That trick play for the kickoff sealed the game. Loved the sneaky Saban smiling look after that!
