Well, it's a shame that he has two barrels growing out of his head

I like it, the fact that you got The Duke in the shot, too. Myself I would have asked him to step in front of the counter to give a bit of DOF to the background, because it is busy.

If anything, I am drawn towards his face first, so that is good.

The rifle he is holding looks weird to me because of the busy artwork
