Dyson could become the next Tesla motors as it develops a new electric car, according to a leading industry expert. Filed patents show the Dyson vehicle may use solid-state batteries, which would see the car?s range stretch to hundreds of miles and also be safer than current batteries.

In March, a government document revealed funding to help Dyson develop ?a new battery electric vehicle?.

in October it bought solid-state battery company, Sakti3, for $90m,

One of Sakti3?s patents states: ?The present invention provides a method and system for an all solid-state rechargeable battery and a vehicle propulsion system powered by the battery.?

So it cleans the roadways while never losing suction. I'd say it would be a niche market but, I think the street cleaner field could use an upgrade.

Finally, a car that polyphony digital can have the correct sounds for in Gran Turismo!

A Dyson on wheels powered by electricity? Doesn't sound so new to me...

An interersting development. Someone will make a breakthrough one day and it could be a company like Dyson.

Not too different from when Bose made that awesome proof-of-concept.

Wow I've never seen that before. Impressive. I mean Bose has direct ties to MIT, so innovation should be expected.

it worked great, but was a commercial flop

If you go to the trouble of checking out the video, you see CNet revisited the car with the idea of "Where did it go" and the video was published in 2016... No doubt some old footage was used.

I hope that he puts out an ad where he just calls out the Tesla design flaws point blank.
is there any car that has no design flaws what so ever?
and his probably also will have some, it's only logical...
