Yeah, they're coming of when the car gets to Finland. We have to do a very thorough check before making sure the car is worth paying taxes, which are worth more than twice the car. But so far it seems to be what the eBay add promised: a little rough around the edges, but reliable and presentable.

I think the general rule for chrome wheelarches is that they are added when the wheelarch underneath becomes too rusty to hide. :lol:

Yep, or they are added so that the wheelarch underneath will become very rusty if it already wasn?t.

The only significant bits of rust on the Rover are where the door protectors have rubbed the paint and under the mud flaps.
