Actually that's exactly what she did

Google "saab cabrio" -> on the first page: http://www.autointell.com/News-2003/March-2003/March-2003-1/Saab-Cabrio.jpg , and if you check the picture's properties in Hannah's post, you'll find that it's exactly the same url. Come to think of it, I think she did the same thing with the AC Invalid/Invacar picture...
