For Mercedes Benz enthusiasts (and then some)

Hello gents,

I just wanted to share my images to the community. I've been a car nut since I can remember, my father is into photography so that influenced me to take on this expensive, but very rewarding, hobby. I grew more fond of Mercedes Benz cars since I got my 83 300D in January 2004. Since then I always look back to where I've come from and realize I've come a long way, but I look forward to more.

Here is my 1983 300D

Both shots above were taken with my Nikon D80. I forgot to remove the UV filter in one of the images

I also am a huge LEGO fan (AFOL - adult fan of Lego). Here is my same 300D (w123) in Lego form:

I could not resist, so I made Jeremy Clarkson's Lancia Beta Coupe

The Lego cars remind me of my childhood and the 1989 merc looks nice. My granddad used to have one of those but then the electronics broke several times and he had to sell it
