Help me choose tires!

So, the OEM tires (ContiPowerContact) are a bit too expensive for my taste (500-400 bucks each), and I started shopping around for other brands.
Michelin XM2 and Pirelli P7 are about the same price, Yokohama C-Drive is a bit more (around 600 bucks) and on the other end I found bizarre Chinese brands (lol, no thanks) and Goodyear Eagler Sports (370 bucks) and Falken ZE912 for 308 bucks.
I read favorable reviews on the Falkens, but I rather ask the FG collective: are they crap?

I managed to find the OEM size and brand for almost the same as the Falkens so I just went with it.
