Time for a new thread.
The Failtima ate money like it ate on my nerves, so it was time for something smaller and less broken. I ended up with a 2010 Lancer GTS.
Here it is next to the Failtima:
There were a bunch of ones on the lot, but this one had exactly what I wanted--it had a bigger engine than the base model, bigger wheels, and it was red. Oh, and there's plenty of space in the trunk for dead circus midg--err, camera crap.
This was taken after we drove it around for a while:
It had 8 miles on it when we decided to buy it.
Interior shot:
That's my first Puffalump ever in the cupholder. Coco Bunny is, um, well-loved.
I don't think the big wing actually does anything for this car, but it makes an excellent place for killer rabbits to hide:
Touch my car and Fluffy Bunny will eat your soul.
"That's no ordinary rabbit! That's the most foul, cruel, and bad-tempered rodent you ever set eyes on! That rabbit's got a vicious streak a mile wide! It's a killer!"
Even the interior looks a bit evil--the steering wheel has horns!
That's no mere console--that's bunny storage!
They called the color "Rally Red" on the info sheet. Wouldn't that imply more flecks of brown? I'm not sure I want to get it quite that dirty yet.
See? The "spoilers" tag exists in this section for a reason!
This is what I see out the rear-view mirror:
The interior lights are a bit redder than they look here. They remind me of my old Grand Am. Haters gonna hate, but I loved that dang car. RIP Pontiac.
Angry car is ANGRY. Haha! This is after the full "we should probably take off the sticker gunk" detail the Monday after I got it. It's really, really shiny. Really, really, really shiny.
Required proof shot:

It says that every time I turn it off...isn't that adorable? Awwww.
