Ownership Verified: Lancer of DOOM!

While i dont have any pictures, coco here needs to be congratulated. She was successful this weekend and won the Novice class in AutoX. She is getting much much faster and deserves kudos for putting down a quick time.

I'm fairly certain this is the biggest trophy I've ever gotten...ever. Holy crap!

I think this means I've been dragged kicking and screaming out of n00b now, only to be consistently beaten by the green Mazda2 in HS or have my bum handed to me by TBoneUs in Tire. I said I didn't want to leave Novice 'til I was thrown out for not sucking, but...erm, uh-oh. I didn't expect that to happen so soon, dang it! Haha.

The dang roads in East Texas were still frozen over, so I was thisclose to just spending the day fixing up the Bunnywagen. I went on ahead because there were only four novices registered online the last time I looked, so I figured that if I wanted to be thrown out of N, Sunday was my chance! Haha. I got there just in time to beat the late entry cut-off. I didn't even have time to steal my helmet back from where I hid it at Harris Hill, so I spent the day in a red open-face loaner helmet that made me look like an angry radish. I was sleeeeepy by the time the afternoon hit, too, but that's when I got the fastest run in somehow. Maybe the trick is to do this half-asleep? Oh, and Fluffy Bunny (the Puffalump, not the VW) rode in the back seat all day, too.

Erm, anyway...best late fee ever spent! :lol:

Coco, I think in theory you can stay in Novice for one year or 6 events, whichever comes first. You could also run in Novice until someone comes to kick you out. However, if you keep doing this well, it won't be long before they kick you out!
