Last TV show you saw?

I started "Under the Dome". Its a Showtime series based on the Steven King book. I like the overall premise a lot, but I'm not sure how this show it going to turn out. I was a little weirded out after the first episode, but I really want to like it.

Is that the one where the EPA put a giant dome over Springfield?

Sleepy Hollow - Wasn't expecting much, especially as an Irving fan, but once I turned off my brain and ingored a bunch of things, it was suprisingly good. Will keep watching, methinks.

Downton Abbey 4x01 - it was great fun with some remarkable scenes and some nice storylines being put in movement for the next episodes. The timing was a bit off, though, they tried to cram too much into the episode, especially since it was a season premiere.

The AV Club's comment section is debating the possibility of Downton being a "Quantum Leap" episode:
"In the original history, Matthew died in The War, and there was no heir to leave Downton too. Now the Crawley name lives on and, oh, hey, get this, Sam... Mrs. Patmore? Yeah, her grandson becomes a world-famous cook with his own reality show."

Don't get internet porn where you are?

Sorry, it had to be asked.

I have started watching a show called "@Midnight". It is basicly a show about making fun of stuff people post on the web with 3 comedians making the jokes. It is a Comedy Central show that comes on at midnight, d'uh! Lol

Just watched the first episode. Hands down my fave new show so far.

You get that? I think QI may be on that list too.

Anyway - The Wrong Mans finished this week - bloody brilliant and highly recomended.

Yeah The Simpsons movie mixed with A Town Called Eureka I think... I think it started off slowly and got better towards the end. I think its just a shame the acting...leaves much to be desired... Last episode has only just broadcast in the UK so; [spoilered in case you haven't seen it]

So...um...wat? Doesn't explain anything FFS. Surprised it got renewed for a second season tbh - not sure I would. Still a good idea; the continuation of the story has to be good though (NB: I haven't read the book but I may do so).

I'd separate panel shows from straight-up quiz shows, but I do agree that QI is a nice brain-tickler, though I watch it more for the comedy value. I get both of them from my...sources.

I have been watching a showtime show called "Masters of Sex". It is pretty good.

That's it with another series of Downton. This time 'round, all the bad episodes were in the first half and now I can't wait for the Christmas Special!

Just finished a great three part legal drama on the Beeb starring David "I named myself after a Scottish lager" Tennant called "The Escape Artist".

Bloody good. Catch it if you can.
